These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Codevia Systems SIA, registration number 40203745209 ("Codevia Systems", "we", "us") and any pre-contractual interactions you have with us through it.

By accessing or using the website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website presents three productised services: corporate website development, CRM implementation and CRM ↔ website integration, with fixed prices in EUR. Pricing, deliverables and timelines on the website are an invitation to treat — not a binding offer.

Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement ("Service Agreement") signed between Codevia Systems and the client, such as the CS-2026 series of agreements. In case of conflict, the Service Agreement prevails over these Terms.

You agree not to:

• access the website by automated means in a way that disrupts the service;
• attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website without our written permission;
• upload or transmit material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing or that contains malware;
• use the website to harass, mislead or impersonate any person.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the website (text, graphics, logos, code) is the property of Codevia Systems or its licensors and is protected by Latvian and EU copyright law. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Re-publishing, re-selling or systematic copying requires our written consent.

The website may link to third-party sites or services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Following such links is at your own risk.

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by Latvian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the website shall not exceed €100 (one hundred euro). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue or data. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia. EU consumers retain the protections of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
